Final Instructions

Race HQ – Pedalabikeaway GL16 7EH
There is limited parking in the main car park and the daily parking fee applies (£8)

The camping and free parking field is located at Worcester Lodge, Speech House Rd, Broadwell, Coleford GL16 7EG
This is 5-minute drive from Race HQ.

You can also ride down stage 1 or Stage 2 to get to Race HQ which should take around 5 to 10 minutes. (Follow the Yellow Mini Enduro Arrows)

From Camping Field Follow yellow signs to either Stage 1 or 2 starts.
at the bottom of Stage 1&2 follow arrows to race HQ or to Stage 3&4

From Race HQ follow blue route out and follow arrows to left for Stage 1&2

Or follow yellow arrows right on blue route then the push up path to start of stage 3 & 4

Please not Stage 3 (Rake & Ride) finishes above Launch Pad. (don’t go straight on into worm hole) Turn left up the hill short climb to start of Stage 4.

Schedule

Saturday – The stages are taped out and you can ride them at your own risk no medics or marshals on track.

Sunday – Medics and Marshals on track

Registration is from 8.00am to 11.00am

Collect Number and Timing Transponder.
The timing transponder must be retuned at end of racing.
You will get a print out of your race times.

Live timing is on www.actionsportstiming.co.uk for all the stages.

Practice 9.00am
Practice closes on all stages 11.50pm

Racing starts 12.00 noon on Stage 1

Individual Start Times in registration on Sunday morning.

• You will be given a start time for each stage.
• You will be called up in Number order (as per the self-seeding)
• These times are to keep you in your age groups.
• If you overtake anyone in the stage during racing, you can start in front of them on the next stage
  
  

Please complete all stages in the correct order S1,2,3 &4
If you break your bike or get a puncher you cannot repeat the stage.

If a rider has crashed and needs assistance and you stop to help them, you will be allowed a rerun of that stage.

Please report any issues to finish marshal.

Medics.
Two Medical 4×4 are located between the stages if you need assistance, please ask marshal to radio the medics to attend to you or ride to them if you’re not in urgent need of assistance.
