There is no camping allowed at the visitor center but there are quite few places to stay locally.

The one we recommend is the fountain inn and lodge they have B&B rooms and also a bunk house with prices starting from £13 per night.

The Fountain Lodge – offering hostel accommodation at affordable prices

Just yards from the Fountain Inn, we’re delighted to offer lodge accommodation for the more budget-conscious traveller. Set in what was once the village bakehouse, the Fountain Lodge provides bunkhouse lodgings in the perfect setting to explore the delights of The Forest of Dean.
